  Recently refurbished. Nice room unfortunately shower water does not run away. After 10 minutes still 2 inches deep. TV English stations don't connect. Can heat upstairs guests footsteps loudly and talking and flushing toilets. No hair dryer. No mirror other than bathroom. Food cold and no names on so a guessing game. Spam for bacon. Omelettes made but cut up into small pieces to share. Desserts angel delight type things only one Cake if it's gone it's gone. Nowhere to sit for a drink outside other than the covered in dining area. Restaurant far too small to accommodate guests. Some accommodation across a road from main complex. Quite a walk for a drink and the toilet around the pool there isn't one. The toilets around the pool are unisex. No toilet roll on numerous occasions and no soap in the dispenser. Night time entertainment is rubbish and again outside. This is no good on cold nights. The sports bar is tiny and really a sports bar only by name. There are no cocktails at all and all coffee is from a machine. Are there any good points? Struggling to find them. Oh gin and tonic drinkable. So are wine Bailey's substitute beer and sangria. Nibbles served in the sports bar. Plastic cups everywhere except restaurant. Snacks available all day. Burgers chips hot dogs Donner kebab nachos. Cake on afternoon and sandwiches to toast. Nothing much in the surrounding area so you are tied to the complex. Unfortunately here for 11 nights so hoping the weather holds out. If you like cold food nowhere to have a quiet drink rubbish entertainment then this is your paradise.

  We visited this hotel in October and it was lovely. The apartment looked amazing and it had terrace with straight access to the pool. The food was amazing and there was a lot to choose from. Stuff was friendly and English speaking (some of them even Spanish, French and German). They offer a lot of activities for kids. There were a few bugs (such as slow WiFi, one light wasn't working and such) but it wouldn't bother us to enjoy our holidays! I highly recommend :)

  Loved koala!! Kids club was absolutely amazing and the newly refurbished rooms and complex are fabulous! Would definitely recommend. Kids club all year round and great entertainment for adults at night and during the day around the pool! Animation team were brilliant!

  Nice place to stay in January nice and hot and sunny beats the gloomy wether in the UK.If you want a peaceful place to stay in grand Canaria to unwind this is the place to stay.

  The hotel is great, stuff is very friendly, animation and kids clubs are good. The food is delitious, there was something different every day. There is large heated pool, open till 6pm (although there were kids swimming at 6.30 still). Snack bar is open all day next to swimming pool. The sea is 3km away, but there is free bus to seaside and back to hotel every day. There is theme park Holiday World nearby, with lots of fun for kids, quite affordable too
